I am the Children's worker for Pershore Baptist Church and want to create a space to share activities and ideas that you can try at home with your children.
This blog will include worksheets, activities, story ideas and crafts with bible themes that should be simple to follow and accessible to families when they are at home.

Harvest and thankfulness

    Harvest This coming Sunday we will be celebrating Harvest during our all-age service. I wanted to write you a poem or two to help us think about what harvest means to us today. It is a bit about food and all the fruit and vegetables we can pick and enjoy at this time of year. These are then divided into books.  Old Testament Activity Ideas There are some very strange names in the Old Testament, including some of the titles of the books. Which is the most normal to you and which the most peculiar? That might be different for someone from a different country. I hope you have fun with the activities.

Creative Creator

Creator God is amazing, with an amazing imagination. I love reading and I love it when an author creates a whole world, like Middle Earth or Narnia. The imagination it must take is incredible. So what does it take to imagine a whole universe and then, not just write about it, but actually make it exist. WOW! Created If God is the creator, we are the created, made by Him. And He knows us inside out because we are special to Him. Have you made anything special? A picture or painting, maybe a pot made of clay or something with Lego. You want to keep your special thing safe and make sure it doesn't get broken. God wants us to be safe and doesn't want us hurt or broken. Creative We have a gift from God and that is creativity.
